Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. After you have finished your selection, click on “Buy Now” button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa and Master Card. You may send your credit card information through our secured third party website.
WE BEGIN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS YOU PLACE IT. FOR THIS REASON, ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED ONCE THEY ARE PLACED. WE WILL CHARGE YOU A CANCELLATION FEE UP TO 20%. YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AS SOON AS WE SHIP YOUR ORDER.
All returns subject to a 20% restock fee. All returns must be in original packaging. All returns must have a return authorization number that we will give you. We will contact you if a shipment cost has changed.
Wrong Item Received
If any item ordered is incorrect due to an error on our behalf, please send it back to us within 15 days of your purchase and it will be corrected. Be sure to include a note with name and daytime contact number so we may call to straighten things out.
If a item is wrong due to a customer mistake, that’s ok but it will be subject to a 20% restock fee and must be new with original resalable packaging. Nothing over 30 days old. Additional shipping will need to be charged as well if we need to send out another part. All returns must be returned in original packaging.
For orders made from within Michigan or the state of Utah, sales tax will apply. All other orders are tax free.
Credit Card Security
Credit cards are handled by a third party credit card processing company. No personnel data is saved in our computer systems.
