Gen 2 Rally Dash Kit includes:
Upper Dash, Metal Windshield Replacement, Adjustable Risers and all necessary nuts and bolts for proper installation.
(Windshield shown not included)
You will need to use your existing windshield rubber well nuts. If your existing windscreen rubber well nuts are warn order 4 extra well nuts below.
No drilling is required kit is ready to install. Simply remove your existing windshield and replace with the supplied replacement metal windshield. Install your new risers to any windshield that fits the 2008 or newer KLR650.
By Installing the upper dash to the metal windshield and risers allows for a strong and solid mount.

Notice: We have made a change to our hardware. We only send out painted stainless steel hardware. You will receive painted stainless bolts with a semi gloss black.

This kit offers a nice powder coated dash that will accept mounts for your GPS, Phone, etc… This kit includes the Upper Aluminum Dash, Metal Windshield to replace your existing windshield, Windshield Adjusting Risers, and all hardware for install.
- Allows you run multiple accessories while keeping your handlebars clear of mounts and clamps.
- Powder coated for durability and a clean finish.
- Includes upper dash, metal windshield brace, windshield adjusting bracket, and all hardware.
- For 2008 and newer Kawasaki KLR 650.

A great, well priced and engineered set-up. Installed easily enough, and allows a solid place to mount whatever you want close to your line of sight, not down on the tank or handlebars.
Pieces well labeled and instructions were straight forward. I just taped the instructions to the rear rack to keep them close at hand.
Please note that you will also need a 5mm allen wrench for two bolts. Also, with the Kawasaki factory “tall” windshield, the L/H mirror will contact the windshield near lock going right.
Those minor blemishes don’t detract from one of the best accessories I’ve seen for the Gen 2 KLR 650. Well done KLR 650 Dash, well done.

Just a quick message to thank you for the fast delivery of my klrdash. Also, congratulations on such a fantastic product. I rode my bike for the first time with the new dash this afternoon and your product has eliminated what has been a massive issue for me for the last 8 years. I’ve tried multiple variations of screens but have never solved the problem. I’m stoked and its money well spent in my opinion.
